Services

You do not need another vague strategic plan. You need short, focused help that leaves you with cleaner donor information, a clear plan, and concrete actions that your team can actually carry out.

All of my work is built for lean-staffed, community-based, founder-led and other smaller mission-driven nonprofits that do not have a dedicated development person or team.

To avoid surprises, I list typical investment ranges for each service. We will always confirm a specific fee in writing before we start.

Fundraising Growth Sprint

Short, intensive support to grow giving in the next year.

Who it is for

The Fundraising Growth Sprint is a six-week project for organizations that:

  • Need to raise more money in the next 12 months.
  • Have donor records spread across a database and several spreadsheets.
  • Do not have a dedicated development person or team.
  • Are tired of rushing from appeal to appeal without a clear plan.

What we do together

We work through a straightforward process:

  • Assess where your fundraising stands now and where money is leaking.
  • Organize your donor records and key spreadsheets into one usable picture.
  • Plan a realistic 12-month fundraising and stewardship calendar that fits your actual capacity.
  • Focus on your top 15 to 25 donors and prospects, with clear priorities.
  • Ask by drafting or refining a small set of appeal and conversation templates.
  • Steward donors with a simple thank-you and follow-up process that can be carried out consistently.
  • Grow Giving by adding a few practical AI-supported shortcuts so staff spend less time on repetitive tasks.

What you walk away with

  • A cleaner, consolidated donor list that your team can trust.
  • A simple 12-month fundraising and stewardship plan on one page.
  • A prioritized list of 15 to 25 donors and prospects with clear next steps for each person.
  • A small set of improved templates for appeals, thank-yous, and donor conversations.
  • A basic checklist and workflow so stewardship happens on time instead of by accident.
  • A handful of AI-supported shortcuts for tasks like list preparation and draft copy.

No consultant can promise specific gift numbers. The goal of this Sprint is to put you in a much stronger position to grow giving and keep more donors over the next year.

Time frame and investment

  • Duration: roughly 6 weeks
  • Typical investment: most clients invest between $4,500 and $7,000, depending on size and complexity.

Donor Data & Spreadsheet Cleanup

Fix the donor data mess that is slowing everything down.

When this makes sense

This focused service is for organizations that are stuck because their donor information is scattered and unreliable.

  • Years of giving history live in a mix of one donor database and many spreadsheets.
  • Pulling a clean list for an appeal or report takes hours of manual work.
  • Staff and board are not confident in the numbers they are looking at.

What we do

  • Review exports from your donor database and your core spreadsheets.
  • Identify and resolve obvious duplicates and conflicts.
  • Standardize basic fields such as contact details and giving history.
  • Create one clean working list that your team can maintain with simple steps.
  • Document light processes so you do not slide back into chaos six months later.

Along the way, we can use AI tools to help flag odd entries and summarize donor history into brief notes your team can scan before meetings.

What you walk away with

  • One clear donor list that your team and board can rely on.
  • A lighter, more organized set of spreadsheets.
  • Better visibility into who your core donors actually are.
  • A solid foundation for appeals, board reports, and future planning, including a Sprint if you choose to do one.

Time frame and investment

  • Duration: about 3 to 4 weeks
  • Typical investment: most clients invest between $2,500 and $4,000.

This service can stand on its own or be combined with a Fundraising Growth Sprint at a combined rate.

Fundraising Systems Clinic

A practical 90-minute checkup for your fundraising system.

Who it is for

The Clinic is for leaders of lean-staffed nonprofits who know fundraising feels chaotic but are not ready yet for a full Sprint.

  • You want an outside view of where your current system is leaking money.
  • You need simple, concrete actions to take in the next 60 days.
  • You would like to see how I think and work before committing to a larger project.

What happens in the Clinic

  • You complete a short Fundraising System Scorecard for lean-staffed nonprofits before the session.
  • In the Clinic, we walk through common weak spots using the Assess–Organize–Plan–Focus–Ask–Steward–Grow Giving framework.
  • You identify your two lowest scoring areas and choose three concrete “money moves” to tackle in the next 60 days.
  • There is time for questions and short hot seats, so you can apply the ideas to your reality.

Format and investment

  • Live 90-minute Zoom session.
  • Limited number of organizations per session.
  • Typical investment: $200 per organization.

Next step

At the end of the Clinic, if it feels like you would benefit from deeper help, you can book a free 30-minute call to talk about whether the Fundraising Growth Sprint is a good fit. There is no sales pitch during the Clinic itself.

90-Day Implementation & Stewardship Partner

Help turning good plans into real habits.

Some organizations want help turning a new system into everyday practice. For a limited number of clients, I offer a 90-day Implementation and Stewardship Partner engagement, but only after we have completed a Fundraising Growth Sprint or donor data cleanup together.

  • Regular check-in calls to keep the plan on track.
  • Support for the staff member leading fundraising.
  • Help thinking through donor conversations and next steps.
  • Accountability around stewardship so thank-yous and follow-up actually happen.
  • Fine-tuning of early AI-supported workflows so they feel natural for your team.

This is not an open-ended retainer or a generic “fractional development director” role. It is focused, time-bound support to help your team live into the system we created together. Investment depends on how often we meet and who is involved. If it seems right for you, we can talk through it after a Sprint.
